Custom cut beef

Nothing compares to a custom cut prime steak. These steaks are the same quality you find in fine restraunts for a fraction of the cost and you get to have it cut exactly the way you want. If you prefer beef that has never been frozen, give us a call. Fresh ground beef is available in 18 to 20% fat content, or you can call and order it ground to your preference. Custom cut roasts are great because you can get just the right size roast for the number of people you are cooking for. We carry prime, select and coice beef. Fresh never frozen custom cut filet mignon, rib eye, New York strip, and top sirloin. Other popular steaks are T-Bone, flank, tri tip, skirt. Our most popular roasts are , chuck, rib eye, top and bottom round. The raw corned beef is another great choice.

Buffalo

Oregon raised buffalo chuck, New York strip, top sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye, pepperoni, ground and patties.

Poultry

Whole fryer chicken, boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh, bone in chicken breast or thigh, wings, whole tom turkey.

Lamb

Imported bone in or boneless leg of lamb, lamb chops, frenced lamb rack.

Pork

Carlton Farms boneless or bone in pork chop, smoked pork chop, pork tenderloin. BBQ Pork, ham steaks, thick slice bacon from Missoula Montana.

Andoulli sausage, red hots, oktoberfest sausage, apple cinnamon sausage, kielbasa, hot dogs, polish dogs, breakfast links and patties.
